MGS vs SCGS

Unlike entry to Primary Schools, admission into Secondary Schools is based on meritocracy. PSLE results are used as key admission criteria. Discuss everything related to PSLE and selection of Secondary Schools here.

Is MGS worth for the fees of S$ 635/- for PR when compared to SCGS fees of S$ 385/-for PR's. ? Also i humbly request not to bring up the issues of citizens vs PR's etc in this topic
I am asking only about quality of education , Staff, curriculam, CCA's, Discipline , Academic results & ranking in "O" Level , Environment etc. in both schools. Thanks

SC has really supportive teachers :) I'm an ex-sc girl though so I'm probably biased :D

Basically fees for independent schools are set by the schools.
You can't peg it to resources and results actually.

For IP, MGS is in the IP tract, and the ONLY girl school in Singapore to offer IB for that.

For O level, MGS students have 2 bonus points for entry to ACJC

Is it really the only IP girl school?
