Looking for PSLE admission booklet 2013

Hi does anyone have the PSLE admission booklet for year 2013 given to each student when receiving their results? It should shows details on each secondary school like cut-off points and cca. Willing to pay for one if there is a need. Leave me a message if you are interested.Thanks!
