I'm new to the group, I've really enjoyed reading everyone's posts and will be happy to share my experiences too!
My daughter has appealed to her choice secondary school which she missed by 1 point. We were told that there is a reasonable chance as she is 1 point short but it all depends on whether vacancies become available. All shortlisted girls will be interviewed.
Anyone's children have had experience with interviews in this (appeal) situation?
What questions are students normally asked? My daughter did not excel at CCA but was a school prefect in Primary school.
She also does ballet (grade 5) and got her junior black belt at taekwondo some years ago (given up for now).
I just want to help my daughter prepare for the interview if she gets called up.
Thanks! And Merry Christmas everyone!

Unlike entry to Primary Schools, admission into Secondary Schools is based on meritocracy. PSLE results are used as key admission criteria. Discuss everything related to PSLE and selection of Secondary Schools here.
