As of now, we can use 248 as the COP for top 10% this year till we have further updates to amend it.MintLeaf wrote:It seems if the child is eligible to read French, German or Japanese as a third language, he/she will be within the Top 10%. I know of a girl who has 248 and has the said option. But I have yet to hear of someone with a score of 247 that has the same entitlement.
Based on EESIS is not accurate because it is only for Singaporean. There are Permanent Residence who got 276 but not offered EESIS.Way2GO wrote:As of now, we can use 248 as the COP for top 10% this year till we have further updates to amend it.MintLeaf wrote:It seems if the child is eligible to read French, German or Japanese as a third language, he/she will be within the Top 10%. I know of a T score = 261 who was awarded the EESIS. Does anyone know of one being awarded same with a lower T score? This will give an indication of the COP for top 3% or 5% ( I am not sure if EESIS is given only to top 3% or 5% ).
My ds got 248 and offered French,German or Japs with only A in chineseVitoRelax wrote:Based on EESIS is not accurate because it is only for Singaporean. There are Permanent Residence who got 276 but not offered EESIS.
But based on French, German & Japs language is a correct reflection of top 10%.
Anyone here who has a dd or ds that got 248 and offered French, German or Japs ?
I think most likely your children will get 2nd choice...cindylauper wrote:I really pray and hope that the COP this year will be lower than last two years. My first two choices for the schools are pretty "ambitious", first one 6 points higher, the second one one point higher. Waiting for 22 December 2009 is really killing me
