PSLE 2010 Exam timetable

Hi,

SEAB has published the tentative timetable for PSLE 2010.

Registration : 22 Feb - 03 Mar
Oral : 19 - 20 Aug
Listening : 17 Sep
Written Exam : 6 - 12 Oct

I wonder if DSA application falls in the period of registration..Feb 22 to Mar 3 or later?

DSA normally takes place after SA1, so around May, June timeframe.

Read from one school website that it is from 19-22 Oct. Is the 2010 PSLE written exam calendar from 6-12 Oct confirmed?

From past experience, usually the MOE will play safe by saying the dates are tentative, but most times, they are the real dates, unless due to some last minute changes of situation, eg would be a bad case of SARS or H1N1 outbreak, otherwise, can safely say that once those dates are given, they are more or less 'confirmed'. Hope that helps.

Last year PSLE exam period was not peak period of H1N1 which was in Jun / Jul and Nov / dec (not that serious, at the end,phew)

For the benefit of those not having the time to scroll to the SEAB website and one of the school's calendar , here's the TENTATIVE dates there:

19-20 Aug Oral
17 Sep Listening Compre
06 Oct English
07 Oct Math
08 Oct MT
11 Oct Science
12 Oct HMT

19-22 Oct PSLE Marking days
