You have to pay her the home leave (about 2 weeks) if she is not going home. You can try on those ticketing website to find the cost of the air ticket.
Thank you - so 14 days extra pay and the cost of a return ticket? Where are these policies documented? I can't seem to find them on MOM's website.

It should spell out in the contract agreement between you and the helper. This is usually the general practice.

After registering my Filipino helper on the POEA website and adding her beneficiary, SSS and PAG-IBIG data, I was able to directly obtain and print her OEC online (no appointment booking or fees involved).

The website states that the issuance of an OEC requires an active OWWA membership - I know that her membership has lapsed (via the OWWA mobile app), so I'm unsure why I was able to obtain the OEC. In any case, we will be renewing her OWWA membership at the embassy shortly.

Her most recent contract/employer undertaking has not been certified by the embassy (although her work permit and insurance are all in order).

Will this matter at all when she returns to Singapore? It seems the OEC is all that matters.

I'm aware that she needs to register for an eArrival Card from the One Health Pass website as well.
I am able to get her vaccination record from HealthHub, but not her vaccination certificate from the Notarise website; is the former sufficient?

For DIY renewal contracts, besides the 14 days of leave, do you include the airfare?

Anybody sent their helper to attend training conducted by Jaga-Me?
Anybody engaged the service from Jaga-Me?

Hi, yes we compensate the airfare; as long as it's an extension of employment, & the helper does not return to the home country

Suppose the helper wants to return home for 14 days ie home leave. She will return to Spore thereafter.
Do we pay full for the return airfare? What other items need to be paid?
Thank you.

Hi, if the helper returns home, we will pay for the full return airfare (I don't think we are given a choice to that?) & since it's an extension of employment, so she will also be compensated annual leave, then there's optional bonus; that's about it? Our helper did not return home, so we did not need to negotiate, but I'd imagine that we will negotiate to pay up the full sums only AFTER she really returns to singapore :-p

Noted; in your case, you will pay in full for return airfare. What about the 14 days of leave? Do you convert these 14 days into money and give the helper when she returns for home leave?

My concern is the airfares to Manila are pretty expensive now.

If the helper doesnt return home, I will pay 14 days of leave ie 14 days times her current pay per day plus a bonus etc.
