Amway's Atmosphere was used during the SARS period in a few clinics (local) and hospitals (abroad). And I've heard feedback that it's greatly helped those who suffer from asthma and sensitive nose.

De-humidifiers and Air Purifiers

Postby ppnqq » Mon Oct 25, 2010 12:24 pm

Any good and effective air purifier to recommend? Ability to eliminate not only odor but bacteria and germs in the air and of course with the haze hazard now but preferably not those too high end ones.

Appreciate all feedback and recommendations. Thank you.

I have a high-end Air purifier, Blueair bought in Oct 2008 with 3 years warranty(expiry Oct 2011). Hardly used as my children have no effect using or without. Now moving house, & thought of passing to someone who is more in need. Bought at $668 with a new filter un-used, still keep original receipt. You may want to explore their website to find out more info. I bought directly with the direct supplier, MassMark International Pte Ltd. http://www.blueair.com/Singapore/en/products/203/
I am looking to sellt it away, anybody interested, pls let me know.

De-humidifier... anyone?

Postby pjlee25 » Thu Dec 02, 2010 11:35 pm

Hi,

just wondering if anyone has used/is using an de-humidifier? Is there a place that offers a good selection? Any feedback on using one?

Brought my daughter to the ENT specialist.. and the doc recommend me getting one.

can you clarify are you asking about humidifier or de-humdifier as they do opposite things...

humidifier, Carrefour house brand is the cheapest (currently don't see any stock), half the price of 'branded' ones like Osim, Novita etc.
