recommend you try NTUC income home services

NTUC income operate like agent, assigning jobs to "selected professionals"

price controlled and got warranty.

Got the NTUC income in the end. $150 to replace the shower mixer tap and all related expenses like transport and labor.

Plumbing

We have a clogged kitchen sink. :gloomy:

We've tried hot water, plunger and drano to no avail.
Any suggestion what to do next??

Call a plumber? Any recommendation??

Did you try to open the below valve yourself??? ITs very smelly but generally we will open and clean maybe every 3-4 months...
