As above.

Considering as i'm pregnant and has 2 running kids, a 1 yr old and a 3.5 yrs old. Maid's household chores are so so but is okay with the kids. She's quite slow in her work thus not able to clean the house throughly even when i'm at home and helps out.

Just curious, what specifically do you need the spring cleaning team to do? My DS is 21 months and DD is 5 months old, and I also have a maid. In terms of general cleaning, I rarely help. I get DS to tidy up after he plays, with my help of course, that's probably the only contribution to helping the maid out. And, oh I clean up and look after the kids as much as I can.

Hi,

I'm looking at through cleaning of my kitchen, windows, walls etc... my maid cannot cope even though i look after the kids myself at times too but i worked from home and do all the marketing and sending my kids to school myself. She always wakes up late and is slow and disorganised though she's with me for coming to 2 years, that's why she's not able to complete even general household chores sometimes.

Hi Minami,
Sorry, a little off topic maybe. just wondering why are you still keeping her after almost 2 years, considering It sounded like she is not productive & efficient enough to meet your family's needs.

agree. same... hard to cover windows, patio and such thoroughly. Especially if you stay in big house.

Cos i appreciate that she's honest and can handles my kids well, i guess no maid is perfect.

I ended up didn't hire a spring cleaning team. I brought the kids out with my sisters for a day and get my maid to do the major stuff. Though she can't complete but still did majority of what i planned for her.
