I have 2 missing crystal balls in the chandelier in the dining room.

Any idea where I can buy replacement ?

Try getting the contact from the shop where you purchase it or the maker direct. I had the same experience last year but mine was new and replacement parts took only about two weeks. For ours it was $50 per piece..

the chandelier came with the house when we purchased it. So, no contact about the shop or the maker.

They are the lights wholesaler so they might have it. No harm giving them a call to check out. I bought from them something like your chandelier for my parents' place few years back.

or else, if you can get take out one of the 'balls', maybe you can try the shops around Jalan besar/balestier. I know Singapore Lighting Mart (balestier) D-I-Y their own lights - prices were okay (i bought from them before). But I would try MMM's recommendation first.
