Help for Employers

I really wonder why doesnt MOM assist employers much ? it seems that all their rules and regulations are more to help maids instead.The 4 day off rule hasnt been implemented yet maids are already asking for 4 days off.
Employer has to bear the cost of repatriation even if maid works 24 hours with you or 2 years.
I got a maid from Labour Exp, and her 8 months salary was taken as loan. She claimed she wasnt aware that it will be so many months,so end up showing black face when come to our house,and stealing things, and we had to send her back to the agent.She was there for 2 weeks, and for such useless maids ,employer has to bear levy and additional food and lodging cost, when actually maid wants to transfer herself.
I then got another maid, Lilik Nurhayati, WP No 006651607, from gumtree,who has worked for a malay family for 3 years, has a laptop,and takes classes on sundays, we interviewed her and she wanted 4 off days to do her financial accounting class. Well i said ok,in exchange for the 4 days,we need her commitment, she arrived at my house on march 20,and after 20 days ,she is telling me that she is stressed and cant carry on with her studies. I told her to defer it and she tells me that I am in singapore just for my study, if i cant continue my study ,there is no point of me being here. I was shocked, she wanted to go back.
Before that she was constantly breaking things in the house, dented my frying pan, puored hot oil into a sieve & made a big hole in it.
What a nightmare, she told us to send her to batam instead of her hometown, Well we just sent her packing last night. Again, another useless maid, and employer bears the air fare! so does MOM open its bloody eyes and help employers like us ?
MOM tries to make it a nice place for maids to stay in singapore,so more will come here but its not looking into the problems that employers face with them at home.
I am again looking for a maid. Went to Super in Orchard, but the maids were so rock n roll type, short skirts, tight clothes, nose rings, and the staff there is busy scolding another staff loudly.. wah looked like a zoo.
