Online renewal of maid's work permit - any change of rules?

Hi,
Anyone has done the online renewal of maid's work permit cvia MOM website?
Any change of rules, e.g. must furnish contract, or must get Indonesian embassy's endorsement etc? Or just the normal purchase of maid insurance will do?
My maid intends to renew another year of contract with me, until her passport's expory date next year. So thinking of buying the maid insurance 1st.
