How to get rid of fishy smell in kitchen

Postby ccgoh » Wed Jun 27, 2012 2:40 pm

I have been cooking a lot of fish recently and there is a strong fishy smell, I wipe down the whole kitchen but the smell persists. How do I get rid of the smell?

wipe your kitchen down with vinegar.

that was what the cook at my ctr did. I asked why she did that, she say to get rid of all the residual oil from walls, counter tops and floor and get rid of odour. But you have to bear with the vinegar smell for about an hour or so.

Besides turning on the hood, it is necessary to keep window open till most of the smell goes off. I also turn the air purifier on in the kitchen with a few drops of essential oil...
