To keep or change maid

Postby panickymum » Wed Aug 22, 2012 12:27 am

This has been troubling me for a month . 2 yrs back got the philipino maid . She can clean the house but v slow .. However she can't get alone with my mum . Recently I find that I need to tell her then she do . Automatic gear shut down .Put my yakult outside the fridge and I got to throw away . Reasons is fridge no place . I found out that some stuff need not refrigerate . told her next time must ask me.

Next week put my fresh milk outside , when I ask her she says cannot meh ???? :frustrated:
No sorry for the above ,
Wonder she really don't know or act blur

The good thing is that she doesn't really mix with other maids .

The dilemma is that will I get a maid worse than her if I send her back ? I also feel bad to send maid bk .......

Can anyone share with me what will u do if u are in my shoes?

Changing maid is very troublesome and you may not get a better maid.
It's a good thing that your maid doesn't mix with others. It's a lot of trouble when the maid mixes with bad company who like to go out all the time.
Try to train her personally first for a few weeks?

Maybe after 2 yrs, she exhausted. Ask her what she wants; go back now or finish contract? At this moment; loan is paid, she made some money; you are at her mercy. She already gave u 2 good years, so give her a good end.

Yeah... maybe something is troubling her. Some of them are itching to go home and purposely do something to have themselves sent home. Others that doesn't socialise much may have some bottled-up emotions. Maybe can go through with her again the dos and donts and see how that goes.
