What is the market rate for agency fees now? I heard is $1300.

Hi
I am not sure, but i have a current "contract" to let go. The agency is holding on to my money, coz of a change in management. Insisted that I get a maid instead of a refund.
Anyone wants a new maid minus agent fee, pls contact me?
