Just make sure her KTKLN card is valid too. If not she will need to make/renew hers when she goes back to Indonesia.

I went to the Indoesian embassy with my helper to apply the home leave. Bascially, it just to chop your Singapore address at the last page of her passport so that she will not have any trouble to come back to Singapore.

Please note the followings needed:
1. A copy of her passport
2. A copy of her work permit
Those cost $1 when I photocopy them at the embassy.
3. No shorts are allowed.

Her passport can only be collected on the next day. so gotta make another trip down.

Hope it helps. :)
