Filipina OEC Exit Pass - no more walk-in applications

For anyone who needs to apply for an OEC exit pass for a Filipina maid i.e. you already have verified contracts, OWWA membership etc., please note that they must now make an appointment and complete forms online before going to the embassy.

My maid went down yesterday and they tried to send her back to apply online and come back another day. I spoke to them and managed to persuade them to make an exception as she is leaving on Wednesday. I pointed out to them that this is a new ruling and has not been well-publicised.
