Possible to do home leave app ourselves ?

Hi, wonder if you could advise on the home leave application for PH maid please? Must I engage an Agent to do the home leave application ? Any recommendation of an Agent or agency whom you engaged before? Thank you and best regards.

You can only do it yourself if she has completed her first 2 year contract with you.

Hi,
If let's say I want to let her go back before 2 years contract is up, is it possible?

No, the last time I checked, you can't do it yourself during the 1st two year contract.

You can do it yourself. I let my ph maid go back on home leave after 1.5 yrs, since we were going on long holiday. Got the forms from agent and sent my maid to do it herself at the ph embassy on her off day.
Lesson learnt for me is to only let maids go back after 2 yrs. Maid did not come back. No cheek to give me heads up, and I even kindly bought extra weight for her.
Maid is a maid. One has to take the risk, if you send back on home leave before end of contract.

They do keep changing the rules so try to check with the embassy first if you send your maid down there.
I sent mine down 10 days ago to get an OEC to go back for an emergency and they suddenly said that you have to make an appointment online and they don't accept walk-in applications. I pleaded with them over the phone and they did it but best to check first if you can.
