Need some advice here.
My maid want to go back after working for me for 3 months.
She request that I sent her back to the agency.

I checked the contract. It state that I will get a replacement maid within 12 mths.
But in this case, my maid will not be transferred to another employer as she want to go back to her country.
Will the agency charge me for her airfare and other expenses?

If the agency provide me a new (transferred maid), do I still have to pay off the new maid loan first?

Return her to the agency.
You have to sign the form giving the agency the authority to transfer the maid to a new employer

Whether she returns home or gets transferred is none of your concern. That's between her and the agency.
You do not pay for the ticket home. And you should be able to get the remaining loan back, or transferred to your next maid's loan.

If you are in a contract with the agency, it will be best to return her to the agency. This way you will be able to get your free replacement. There is no necessity to pay for her air ticket.
