Need Help to recommend a reliable plumber for basin leakage

Thanks in advance for your help. Need a reliable one to fix toilet basin leakage, likely from loose connections. Someone that does not ask me to change parts unnecessary and cost me an arm and a leg.

you can try to DIY. many youtube videos available.

I recently fixed a leaking tap.

if you live in a HDB, can try looking at the notice board below for recommendations. I always do that and when calling them, always emphasize that you got his no. from HDB so he won't over-charge.

Thx for all your inputs. I do not have the tools to DIY i.e. Big plyer to turn the U join and I think the white string thingy is needed at the joins to prevent leakage. Non HDB.

Parts usu. do not cost a lot of money. It's the transport and labour charge.

The other day I arranged for the toilet bowl service, the standard transport n labour cost 2 times more than the spare parts. Now that I know how to replace the spare parts, if I get the same prob next time, I will DIY.
