I am in the process of sending my FDW home prematurely. The contract states that I have to send her to an airport in Indonesia. It does not indicate where is the nearest airport to her hometown. Can I just buy a ticket to Jakarta and then let her find her way home from there?

Why don't you ask your agency for help ? They should know which airport she came from.. you need to repatriate your worker to the same airport she came from..if anything happen to her later you may get problems

She came to sg from Jakarta coz training centre is there. Hometown is somewhere else.

No. They only put Indonesia. That's y now a bit dilemma.

Ar so. My impression is that they are v scared of Jkt airports. Try to aim for the nearest airport in the region else it may be tough. But if she was overseas before, she may be more savvy to be able to get back home. Not sure what the reason for premature going back, but best to make it amicable to reduce trouble for ourselves.

Her passport would indicate her birth place. Assuming she was born and raised there with her family, would that work?

Priority would be to protect yourself against any contract clause though!

Ask her which A/P she wants to goto. Otherwise ask your agent. Then look out for budget air promo.

I asked my ex helper where her family lives, looked at the address that she mailed her letters to and determined the nearest airport.

I am not informing her ahead of her pending departure due to breach of trust. I spoke to agent and she said it's ok to send her to Jakarta coz it's about the same distance to her hometown as compared to another airport.
