Can anyone advise if employers are responsible for maid's dental bills - for extraction and new dentures?

My previous myanmar maid teeth was horrendous, smelt bad when she arrived at my house and because she will be handling my baby, I sent her to dentist to clean.. But omg!! All her teeth are bad, need extraction.. Dentist saw my other maids face when he told her how much and offered discount! Why? Because more then 8 extraction, filling etc etc....
I spoke to agent, I was not responsible for her teeth! Anyway you can deduct from salary. ( have to agree..) For me new maid had serious attitude problem and lazy so sent her back after 1 month.
