Hi

When do you let your maid use water heater to shower?

Do you let her on the water heater to shower in the afternoon on a sunny day?

Yeah, of course I let all my maids bathe with hot water, anytime of the day. all my maids take a very quick shower, usually out within 10-15 minutes. No need to ask permission lah.

But I am real curious why you asked this question.

Maids are same as any of us human beings. Some people like cold shower, some like hot shower. If the maid likes cold shower, we don't insist they use hot water. Similarly if the maid likes hot shower, we should not deprive them of the use of water heater. The answer to this post's question is it really depends on your maid, she decides whether she needs the water heater or not as she's the one showering.

I am shock why you even need to ask this question ?!
Maid is just like any of us
It doesn't mean thAt if they are working as maid we don't allow them to use water heater.

We should treat them with respect just like how we want them to treat us.

Maids are humans...if they want to bathe with hot or cold water, it's up to them...if they wish to bathe with hot water on a hot day, it's also up to them.

Is your maid taking a long time in the toilet with the heater turns on?

Why shock ? :slapshead:
Qn was also asking if there's a need to bath hot water in sunny afternoon. Let's not jump into the conclusion. It could be the Snow24's maid simply taking too much time without consideration of saving electricity and water.

What I would say is that it's barking up the wrong tree. Using a water heater takes cents to deal with, unlike air-conditioning. If my maid wanted/needed to do so, I won't have an issue, even if I wouldn't do it myself. Just seems a trivial issue to make a fuss about.

May I asked why I cannot be "shocked" at this question ?
You mean you get to see this question being asked very often or you have the same mentality to ask this question ? :rotflmao: :slapshead:
