Hi

If maid completed 2 year contract and renew with employer she will be given 15 days paid home leave as advised by maid agency.

If the 3rd year she want go back home leave
Employer is not obligated to let her go home leave right? Any cost involved the maid need pay herself right?

The contract is 2 years. Employers will not borne her air tickets If the helper did not complete her contract. However, if you have a good helper which you want her to come back to work for you after her home leave, I suggest that you pay for her 2 ways air tickets.
