Hi
Anyone can share how to handle maid who cannot plan and manage her time / follow schedule to do her chores?

I'd probably have to say to teach her and help her learn. It seems to me she was never taught these things when she was growing up. Try to help her and practice with her and give her sometime. However, if after awhile she still does not want to learn, then it would suggest she is not willing and then its time to look for a replacement.

Hi, i give detail job schedule till minutes

At first, I focus on certain area n let her plan and do.
I will review for 2-3 days.

Beside, i give her a book and pen. I w give her time to write her own notes to the scope n plan aft I informed her the job.

It is not easy. With no attitude problem, shld be able to learn.
