Hi, we would like to find a new employer for our helper. She has been with us for the last 4 years and going back for her advance holiday in Jun to spend time with her 3 sons, even thought her contract expires later.

She is from Philippines, hometown near Manila, 33 years old, kind hearted, love children, can cook & boil soup as we're Cantonese. In general I have no major complain with her over her time with us. We have a good working relationship. She speak good English, read bedtime story & monitor son's homework. Thus she's my house taker cum discipline mistress of my 8yo son as he's scare of her more than me. She can be shy at times as till now, after 4years, she will wish me 'happy birthday' on paper than say it to me.

The reason why I'm letting her go due we don't need her nowadays after son joined CCA, hence her mainly duty is doing house chores & caring my pet dogs.

If you are interested to interview her please PM me.

Dear all,

Sorry for not responding as I'm receiving overwhelming PM, hence can only reply to PM that suit my helper's needs & timing.

As her employer, I'm doing my duty to get her a good employer as she had raised my son well. This is not a promotion or selling her as package like maid agency. Thus, I will provide more info as below for your consideration.

Additional info:
- expected salary estimated SGD 600-750/mth
- off weekly with compensation SGD30/day should she choose to stay home

What I have been allowing/providing her?
- able to use mobile after she finishes her duties
- personal bed, same aircon room with son
- able to take public transport to send son for tuition/classes with my ezlink card
- able to eat/cook whatever we have in kitchen (she refused as on diet due put on more than 10kg after living with me)
- walk alone with my dogs
- able to go nearby super-mart should she need to buy groceries. eg. bread for her breakfast
- dental benefits. ie. had paid for her wisdom tooth to be removed
- stay home alone taking care of dogs whenever we're on holiday
- self keeping her passport & WP
- had renewed her passport, expiry Mar'19

Please note:
- do not request info as employer from maid agency
- individual employer's expectation differs
- shortlist to be notified for interview after her return from June holiday as she's available by August

As new employer:
- to sign an employment contract with your FDW to avoid disputes. You and your FDW also need to sign a safety agreement before she starts working for you.
- to apply permit with MOM together with transfer fee of SGD30 + 2 years insurance

Thank you for reading & hope to receive more PM for a suitable employer.
