Hi, Does school make known to us on no of SC registered for the phase (e.g phase 2b) at the end of each day for registration? As I want to determine the chance of getting in. If it’s too many ppl, I may change school before the registration close for that phase. Thanks
depends one..
really it's the school's internal admin matter.

If they are kind - they will breakdown the numbers according to dist and etc....
(I have seen that before)

Some can also don't breakdown anything, ask you go home refresh MOE website at 7pm
(I have read about that before too)
Ask u go home check MOE website is a typical civil servant tactic of chasing u away & making it not their problem. But parents be aware that the MOE website will not show you whether SC or not, will not show what distance etc. It only shows the total number of applicants. That’s all. It’s up to u whether u want to stand there and “bargain” with the civil servant who may not budge/care.

Hi All,

I am new to this and need help/advise as to how can i be a grassroot leader. I am residing at Telok Blangah and have Radin Mas which is 1km to 2km from my place. Alexander primary school which is not within 2km.

The GRC in my area is West Coast and I think this should not be my option since is not within these 2 school range ( if i did not understand wrongly).

My option, should i be looking at Radin Mas is that i have to join radin mas cc? How about Alexander primary school?

Appreciate any advises please.

If those two are your choices, your only option is to shift house.

There's also Zhangde and Gan Eng Seng ( which am not keen in this school). Understand that Radin Mas primary school is under radin Mas smc. Any ideas how i can join to become a member?

Doesn’t matter the school. If you want to use this scheme, you will have to be living in the same GRC, which you aren’t. Hence, step one would be to shift house. Otherwise, the RC / NC won’t be able to take you in and unless you are a who’s who, you can stop thinking about CCMC and CDC.

PV = GRL when it comes to 2B

but
PV = 1 school
GRL = every school in the GRC

PV = 40 hours min
GRL = 2 years (assuming 2 hours per month also 96 hours)

please plan carefully and well in advance.

PV is very much less time consuming and safer option. GRL 2B letter is not guaranteed.

150 applicants --> select 30 for the interview....
finally choose 15 to 20 PV

not easy also lo
