Any parents willing to share if phase 2B fail and didn’t get to the sch in 2C. Do we have to really take the sch that was allocated to? Any chance for re appeal?
If during Phase 2CS, you choose a school that requires ballot but cannot secure a place in the school, MOE will post your child to a school with available vacancy. The decision is, unfortunately, final. You can't reject the school, but you can register your interest with other schools for wait list or transfer.

Therefore, the best thing to do is to make plans for Phase 2B and Phase 2C, and to have a good backup for Phase 2CS that preferably does not require balloting.

You will have to check with your church specifically. There is no standardised answer.

Clan members do take note that if you are signing off membership application for strangers, you are violating the clan’s membership rules and also bringing yourself unnecessary stress as you Nv know whether the person you are signing off is your competitor during a ballot.

I think nowadays, these clan group are very strict, with the number of hours parents clocked in to volunteer their time

I think the hokkian clan tell their members that you can volunteer, but doesnt mean dont need to ballot as there are lots of volunteers who will be registering

Typically, yes. Need to be member which is after baptism. Think this to prevent abuse of system. Membership classes also takes abt a year or more depending on whether u miss any lessons or their cycle. Some wld need new members to join cell groups after membership class before church membership confirmation for baptism.
