Hihi

My #1 is in P1 this yr too, having headache with her academics, esp her reading.

My child not talkative leh, she's rather quiet till teachers said that she didn't do well for both orals.

This thread will start getting hot soon enough, given that next year would be P1 registration for your kids!

Hihi

My gal also in P1 this year. Do mummies here send your kids to Enrichment classes, tuition in P1? My gal has tienhsia for chinese, arts class which is her keen interest and a private tuitor for her maths. Do u think is too much? is it necessary?

Though P1 doesnot have exams but the term tests and half yearly report (with points and rank in class and overall P1) in her school already sound scary. How can we be not Kaisu??

DS1 is also a 2004 baby!

He's been taking piano classes, swimming and soccer. No academic enrichment till recently when we enrolled him in Berries. My Chinese is not that great and his Chinese is actually not bad. So I thought better get him professional help...otherwise, he might learn the wrong thing from me!!

ds is in pri 1 too and since there isnt that much homework and exam, we decided to let him do as many cca as he likes. and he is now asking for arts lesson and maybe a martial art course.

pri 1 is the time to have fun in school especially ccas cos kids have the chance to make frineds with pri 1 boys from other classes and the seniors tend to take better care of them.
