Hi Mummies and Daddies,

Any good or must-have assessments or web sites to recommend? There are so many books by the many publishers in the market and we hope to seek adv here to get the recommended ones so that we do not have to buy loads of them and have them collecting dust.

Appreciated all adv.

Actually there is a separate thread for Eng and Chinese assessment books...but can understand it may be hard to list down.
Perhaps you would like to check out these publisher sites:
Popular https://www.popular.com.sg/jsp/product/ ... vca001=246
Victoria http://www.victoria.com.sg/index.php/ou ... ts/primary
Casco http://casco.com.sg/
Marshall Cavendish http://resource.marshallcavendish.com/mcdoc/console/

Yes, you can buy during BookFest but be prepared to go alone so that you don't have to keep looking out for the kids...it's very crowded.
I thought I could avoid this event but hubby said he wants to get another 3M polarizing table lamp for daughter...it's 20% cheaper during BookFest. I was the guinea pig for several years...using several brands of table lamp and eyes were painful after 30 minutes. Convinced him to get 3M and now he believes it helps.

Adding on.

I think it will be good to visit popular and look through the books, so that once the Bookfest is here, can just go in get the books and come out. JMHO

I hate crowds and that way I don't have to decide which titles I want during Bookfest.

Janet,
I was thinking of getting the 3M lamp too, so there's discount during Bookfest

I can see :moneyflies: :moneyflies: :moneyflies:

Good point about deciding on the buy list first. Actually I'm looking at the separate threads on assessment books but they are kinda overwhelming ;)
