Need some guide. Is this question to find lCM? Image or do I do the listing method to get age :33?

The most straightforward and easiest way is to list them out.

33 is not the LCM of 3, 4, and 5.

Age last year: List multiples of 4, then plus 1
Age 2 years later: List multiples of 5, then minus 2

common number: 33.
Is this correct?

The approach in this type of question, and it is an approach which is widely applicable to other types of questions, is to identify the person with the smallest amount first and then express others in terms of that person. You then manipulate the total so that you are left with equally-sized units.
