Helpful Science assessment/guide books for P5/6

Postby janet88 » Fri Dec 03, 2010 3:22 pm

I would like to start the ball rolling for suitable/helpful Science assessment books for P5. Parents with experience, hope you can contribute as your advice will be greatly appreciated.

What are your views/opinions on these titles pls ?
*Conquer Science P5/6 (by SAP)
*Longman Practice. My Weekly Companion Science A/B
*P5/6 Learning Science (by SAP)
*P5/6 Oxford Primary Essentials Science Test Papers Book A/B by Teo-Gwan Wai Lan (by Marshall Cavendish)
*P5/6 Science (Teachers' Circle)

There are so many titles in Popular and it's such a headache finding a suitable one.

The CASCO titles are good.

Hi,

The Marshall Cavendish is not bad and there is one assessment book by Renee Chong (I forgot the title) that is very good, good notes and questions.

lower block science is still tested at p5 for CA and SA...with my son, I got him to do sub-topics like matter, animals, cycles every now and then. I didn't have many titles undone at the end of psle.

In my opinion, Conquer Science P5/6 is the best. :)
