Can anyone cfm whether can use algebra? My kid teacher say cannot but like macaron I kind of agree that algebra is more full proof for pale and reduce assumptions and time wasted. Any thoughts on this?

Moderator's Note: Dear all, we have decided to lock this thread as we would like to encourage the use of AskQ for the posting and answering of academic questions. By using AskQ, each question can be given very specific treatment and it makes it much easier for readers to track and follow discussions which enhances learning and understanding. At the same time, members who answer questions will be duly rewarded with KiasuPoints$ as a small token of appreciation, simply by users who liked their answers, or by the person who asked the question accepting the answer. Thank you, and see you in AskQ!
