There is a total of 3472 goldfish and guppies in an aquarium. The total number of guppies and catfish in the aquarium is 1897. There are six times as many goldfish as catfish. How many fishes are there in the aquarium altogether?
Gold = 6u
Cat = u

[Gup] [6u] = 3472
[Gup] =1897
Therefore [5u] = 3472-1897

Solve u and add to 3472 and you shd get [gup]+[6u]+, ie, total fish

Since they both spent the same amount each week,
it means that Brenda saved $5 more each week.

(a) $60 - $20 = $40
40 / 5 = 8
It took Brenda 8 weeks to save $60

(b) $60 / 8 = $7.50
7.50 + 12 = 19.50
Brenda's weekly pocket money is $19.50

Yes, 108.

In the end, (A:B:C -> 4:1:2)
A -> 8u
B -> 2u
C -> 4u

In the beginning
A -> 8u - 60
B -> 1u
C -> 8u

8u - 60 + 1u + 8u = 297
17u = 357
1u = 21
8u - 60 = 108
