If you are looking solely to improve in SA1 and SA2. I highly recommend the stack of exam papers. Whether it`s Science or Math, these questions are highly relevant to the current syllabus. It`s not that I don`t go for assessment books, just that some questions from the assessment books are juiced up just to enrich the content. Although the content is richer, some questions are not relevant to the syllabus. Anyway, since your post is on Science, I am going to try to sum the distinct difference between P3 and P4 science.

Primary 4 Science - All the easy section B questions which are in P3 are now in the MCQ section in P4. In P4 Section B, the questions are more indirect and requires inference and critical thinking. That is to prepare students for P5 and PSLE. You will see at least 40% of the paper in P4 are still testing on P3`s topic, however, the questions are tougher as mentioned.
Here is a comparison I had compiled : http://blog.pangteach.com/difference-primary-3-4-science/

Exam paper + textbook is the hands down formula to score above 90 for Science. Oh, last thing to add, do the papers as early as February. Don`t leave it till the last few weeks to practice a few before exam, it`s too late.
