Only the selected students will be given letters. The others will not be informed.

my son gotten the test slip today, 27 of them in his class can go to round 2.

I'd expect a lot of students to go through to second round from Taonan? Seems to be that usually a lot of students from GEP schools do well in GEP tests.

Is there a co-relation between the number of students qualifying for the GEP 2nd round and the school they come from?

I suspect there is and i believe that some schools "train" their P3 students for the GEP test. While MOE discourages parents from preparing / training their kids for the gep tests, some schools are doing just that right under moe's nose. :?

am i opening a can of worms?
