I would suggest you visit the premise and decide if you like the place. The "classrooms" are in the basements with no windows. Aside from that, there is no "real" classrooms. All the rooms are partitioned half way up only.

If you can get past that, Arise Kindy is a good kindy (IMHO) as it has dedicated teachers. (My son just joined K1 in July, so I can't really share much.) The kids have been learning to put their thoughts down in words, writing chinese characters, 1 to 1 reading sessions, learning maths such as ordinal nos, number bonds etc. No homework as all the work are done and completed within school hours.

The school also offers various enrichment programmes after school hours. Only Fastrackids and John Langrehr Thinking Program are conducted within school hours. My son is attending the John Langrehr Thinking Program and he simply loves it :D

To understand the school better, try making an appointment with the school. Mrs Hong, the principal will show you around and answer your queries.

If you are looking for a rigorous academic preschool, I don't think Arise Kindy is it. There is no spelling at K1 so far.
