Hi xueyan,

We do cover Oral practices in our classes closer to the examinations. However, we do not cover listening comprehension at the moment. In addition to Oral, we also cover a Critical Thinking component every few weeks - exercises that will help students familiarise themselves with reported language commonly found in articles (useful for Cloze) and grow them to be confident and effective communicators (applicable for Oral).

Do drop by any of our centres or give us a call if you would like to check out the material or find out more.

Thank you,
TAS

How do we choose a good book for reading? In TAS, the books that we recommend have 3 main ingredients:

1. Interesting plot
2. Good vocabulary usage
3. Varied sentence structure

An interesting plot will help engage children and make them want to read more, while the vocabulary and varied sentence structure will hopefully translate to better writing for the children.

Each week, TAS recommends newly curated books for children of all levels on our social media. Follow us on Facebook & Instagram (Links below) for updates, giveaways, grammar tips, and curated books every week!
