I am thinking to put my P1 girl at Pro-teach (which is near to our house) in case she didn't get into the Knowledge Park Student Care at RGPS. Please kindly reply my message.

Very rude principal at Blk 294 Pro-teach cck. I was confused with which student care center that called me. I got mix up with the other student care principal, I apologise cause I was confused. Before I can speak if I was interested in sending my kids to Pro-teach student care she just switch off my call.
Of course as parent we need to be careful of the student care center we chose for our children. We need to visit several student care before we make any decision.
But can not just off the phone like that, I may not choose to send my kids there now Who knows I may change my mind later. How can she just off the call like that. So unprofessional, lucky I didn't chose this student care center.

Currently putting my son in Pro-Teach Bedok branch and to my surprise, teachers there are so fierce and strict. One of my friends's kid got so terrified that cried every morning and night because he hated the student care. I witnessed myself, teachers and principle just yell at all students.. Will monitor and if it really affect my son mentally, will move him to other student care.

Hi, I am keen to understand more about Pro-Teach Bedok (north & south).

Like to know if this Bedok branch is Bedok North or South? How is the situation now after a year?
Any other parents have experience to share?

Thanks.

Pro-Teach not only supervise kids, they provide tuition aligned to MOE syllabus using their own worksheets. It is a perks for busy working parents :salute: Spelling always tested in time, another chore off us. In fact, it made the kids more aware that they have to get ready for spelling tests. Very discipline and systematic. My kids always comment they love their meals at Pro-Teach as the daily menu is always different and looks appealing. They always remind us to fetch them after their tea-time. There was once they missed their tea-time, they keep complaining why we fetch them so early? Healthy lunch include veggies which is good for kids. Our Pro-Teach used to be at WSPP, sad to say that it is no longer there. Most parents misses them and some even switched to their branch around BP after they did a comparison with the current one.

Pro-teach tuition no good. Teacher skip question. Asked them the reason, they will tell you that for children benefit, as don't want to stress the children. They charged parent sementer material fee and holidays material fee but never complete the material. Teacher and principal can talk very well but very rude with all the empty talk. They don't welcome your children, very regretted to registered my children there one year ago. Now going to withdraw and also a lot issue to settle. :imcool:
