Sorry, my intention is to answer only part 1 of the the query, i.e. RECMEL is still in the same building. But they only conduct classes at schools. So you don't really need to know the address.

How I know? You go and find out.

The link is just to provide link to my thread to inform others of what is happening. Well, I do have students staying in Tampines, and traveled to my place at Marsiling for Maths Olympiad lesson.

By the way have you tried/heard of MathArena or ExceLearn? MathArena is situated in tampines while Excelearn is situated in Parkway Centre.

RECMEL is going to start the training for schools soon. So look out whether your DC school is offering the program. Well, might be other providers.
