Hi,

Can anyone share some of the methods that you have used to teach your kids FRACTIONS? My DS has problems understanding, he is only in P2. A

Did anyone heard about SOMA Maths school, I send both of my sons there. They are using interactive games to teach kids on fraction. Their lessons are fun, easy for the kids to pick up. Kids learn a systematic ways to solve IQ puzzle.

Hi I used this dvd from library.
Rock 'n learn. Beginning fractions & decimals [videorecording] / Rock 'N Learn ; written by Melissa Caudle.

when my dd was in K2 she did her music written exam so I had to explain some fraction concepts to do the time values...

I think the biggest challenge in Fractions is in the word problems. There are so many permutations of these.
