Mine started one month before she turned 3.

hi, sleepy.

thanks for your reply.
Still, i would be grateful if you guys could answer my questions.
It is just out of curiosity, since I was brought up abroad and not sure how kumon came to be famous.

Thanks for clearing my doubt. It has been bothering me quite some time

Can I confirm that for her age, she will be putting on twice weekly, each session 30 mins?

She took 2 subjects. I think she attended thrice a week if my memory didn't fail me.

She didn't attend nursery classes as I was too slow to register her, hence all kindergartens were full around my area.
Kumon center was next to our block so I kinda treat Kumon as her playgroup/nursery replacement.

Oh boi, that was so long ago, she was still in diapers then

There are some tracing activities at the lowest level. With hindsight, maybe much cheaper for me to just buy her some tracing exercise books

However, she progressed quite fast after that. By k2, she's already doing decimals and fraction in kumon (level F).
I withdrawn her at end of k2 because I thought she was more than ready for p1 and prefer her to settle down in primary school instead of continuing with more kumon worksheets

Only dd1 attended Kumon. dd2 attended CMA instead because she is not high on worksheets
Both are good programmes for pre-schoolers in my opinion

It is twice a week, each session 30-45mins.
