Yes, it's true, they use their own textbook as class material. I have one of the books, and found all text book contents are presented in the video class. So my daughter watching the video without books and learned a lot of new words and her spelling is improved a lot...

Oh! Just found some more free videos (donno why didn't see them the first time) and went to take a look. Are you using the 小学语文 course where I see the text being read? Found that the image in 小学语文_北京的夜景(一) rather dark and couldn't see the words very clearly. Is it the case for all the other 课文 under 小学语文 course?

What I've previously checked out was the 第一单元(上)for P3. Words are big and clear but found that they were explaining the 课文 but didn't show the actual text. Only the 2nd part when they teach poem that the text is shown. Correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks.

Tks so much for you generosity, ctct61t.

I can't make out 50% of what's going on . But the 50% I can understand looks good! Will play around for the next few days to see if it can work for us.

Cheers!

Thanks so much ctct61t for sharing these useful websites to us :celebrate:! There're plenty of websites to teach Eng but it was hard for me to search the Chinese ones.

I'm busy printing out some of the worksheets now. They will surely keep my DD busy for quite awhile

Maybe you should adjust your computer language system that make sure you can read Chinese, the website mentioned above are all in Chinese only.

Not sure how old your kids are. My kids (K2 and N2) like to visit www.starfall.com. I have been using it to teach my kids phonics since they were babies. Now they like to go there by themselves.

Another one I'm using now is http://www.progressivephonics.com/
I thought there's a thread somewhere here about Eng online resources but can't seem to find it anymore :?
