Even when they have to increase manpower, the orders are also increased so their profits also increased.
If they think that the store sales is reduced due to CB but still have to pay the store rent so they compensate it by adding picking and packing charge for online delivery, I think they have no compassion and only think on how to maintain their profits.
1. Reduce demand and small orders
2. Increase manpower and staffing to manage increased orders
It's a cooperative, but it's not a charitable organisation.
