My old printer died on me a couple of weeks ago. Now I'm looking at getting a new printer. Any recommendations?

Need to scan, copy and print... It's for my teaching materials.. Estimated about 100 - 200 pages double sided per week..

I like Fuji Xerox SLED printers.

I am using an older colour model.

Think laser multi function printer still pretty expensive. The last printer I bought was an epson L350 with external ink well. Running cost quite low compared to conventional inkjet.

I was using brother.. DCP-145C
It was working very well for 3 years until my ex-helper moved it then all of a sudden started making loud noises and couldn't function after that.. Maybe it was nearing its doom before it was 'moved'

I am keen to get brother or any other recommended printers..
I'm willing to consider all brands except HP.. Had very horrible experience with HP.. Keep breaking down  My hubby bought HP printer before we switched to brother.. It almost drove me crazy..

SLED is not laser but produce laser quality output. Price wise is just slightly more expansive than ink-jet.
