Japanese electrical appliances use in singapore

A friend bought me a home appliances from Japan but am not sure whether a voltage transformer or adaptor is required?
Input is AC100-240v, output is DC5.0v 0.65A. Other info 50-60Hz 15VA

Clueless. Pls help. Thanks.

Yes, should work without transformer since AC voltage here is 230 V 50 Hz.

However, may need outlet adapter to plug into the outlet. Japan is usually 2 prong flat style.
