Japanese electrical appliances use in singapore

A friend bought me a home appliances from Japan but am not sure whether a voltage transformer or adaptor is required?
Input is AC100-240v, output is DC5.0v 0.65A. Other info 50-60Hz 15VA

Clueless. Pls help. Thanks.

As far as I know you don't need anything. just plug it into a socket. if the plug is different, then just buy an adapter.
