Yesterday I was introduced to LogMeIn, GoToMyPC.

What other similar remote access program are you using?

What are the pros and cons?

Many thanks in advance.

Have you tried the TeamViewer app on your phone to access the computer?

I did, and it worked quite well. But since the phone screen is so small,
I only used it if I want to find some info which is not in my cloud drive.
I don't try to work using my phone.

For office PC, I don't need teamviewer since we have VPN.

:thankyou:

VPN works with only Windows Professional edition?

Some time ago, I looked for a laptop. The IT consultant told me if I get a Windows Home version, I cannot log in to the company network. I did not fully understand what she said.

Didn't access KSP for 3 days or I could have tried it out at home.

I believe it should still work with the Home version of Windows.
When you try to access any work resources after connecting to VPN,
it should prompt you for your login credentials. Just enter your work
login id and password.

Your office IT admin should be able to advice you the proper way to
format your login id...usually looks like userid@domain
