Ok I took the plunge and bought one at $699, less $20 online voucher so it is $679, free delivery.

I drew up my own kitchen layout n gave to the ID then. Still there are regrets. I had wanted sliding door, but hubby could not agree. In the end, I had to settle for swing in glass door that takes up space IMO

Remember my kitchen glass swing door?

This morning, I saw the top hinge is not attached to the side of the wall

anyone has contractor to recommend?

Followed the recipe Funz posted, added Holy Farm black sesame paste between the layers b4 the 2nd proofing.

The recipe calls for 225ml of milk. The dough was very sticky n I added 4 to 5 spoons of bread flour/cake flour. Very worried as the qty of yeast used was only half tsp.

Turned out very fluffy.

Next time I will divide the dough into > 4 portions after the 1st proofing, then will hv more layers of sesame paste or other paste.
