our first place can see Bt Timah Hill.

Now, our bedrooms can see it.
There are visitors but mostly, it's me. I just want a good view. We were offered units with views of MacRitchie Reservoir. In the day time, it's awesome. All lushgreen :please: but come night time, it's totally pitch black. :scared:

Another great view would be facing sentosa, or west coast/pandan reservoir.

:rotflmao: near a popular primary school

Elder boy said I :siao: and every school is a good school.

I like the location to be away from main roads and hv unblocked view, or at least not looking into neighbour's unit.

Bedrooms for the children must be at least 12 sq m and squarish layout.

Kitchen must hv enough cabinets and countertop.
Near a popular primary school so that it can fetch a higher price next time?
At my age, it should be the last house I will live in until I expire.

Just kidding about popular sch :rotflmao:

But I would prefer to be near a pri sch so that I do not need to send my grandchildren to sch, they can walk to sch on their own.

School bus even bigger issue. I had so much issues in my kids earlier years that this has become a key consideration in my search.

When I was working in Science Park, the bus would take me past Fontana Heights. This condo has very big balconies. I just check it out at propertyguru, 4 rooms n PH. The floor plan of 4 bedrooms has huge space for social interaction. But bedrooms a little odd shaped.

I am not able to find floor plan for Ridgewood.
